About Us

Our History

The Conservatives of Lake Frederick are a group of friends who came together on March 1, 2024 to engage and encourage Republicans and Conservatives in the Lake Frederick community. Our mission is to stand up for conservative values, educate the public on political processes, and counteract the assault on their rights. We aim to have a strong voice in the community and get out the vote for conservative causes.

Proposed Constitutional Amendment,

Be informed-know what you are really voting for. It's more than a simple "yes" or "no"

Your ballot on November 3rd Ballot will have more than the candidates for U.S. Senate, U.S. Congress, special local elections, or local referendums. You will be asked to vote "YES" or "NO" on 3 proposed Constitutional Amendments. 


It is imperative for the voter to understand what is behind the simple ballot questions. The potential changes to Virginia's Constitution are hidden behind the facade of each simple question. As an example, Question 2 is on same-sex marriage. They used the wording "affirm that two adults may marry regardless of sex, gender, or race," making the implication that interracial marriage in VA is illegal. It is already legal, and was struck out of Virginia's Constitution decades ago. They want the voter to think "of course interracial couples should be able to marry...and vote yes." The question is meant to lead the voter down a specific lane. Don't fall for it!


It's much like a "pork bill" in Congress. Richmond is asking you to vote on a "pork Amendment" that is intentionally (personal opinion) loaded with changes to our Constitution that go well beyond the simple ballot question. Please take the time to read and really understand what you are voting for BEFORE going to the polls.
