Sourdough Baking is a 2-day process once you put your order in (unless I have it in stock)

The bread freezes wonderfully. You can freeze the whole loaf or wrap individual slices

I use unbleached flours, water, and salt. I make every attempt to use organic or high quality ingredients for inclusions. 

I wear gloves when baking and keep all surfaces clean throughout baking process. 

Sourdough bread is not gluten free. However, many with intolerances find sourdough easier on their digestive systems.

Payment is via  cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay

Plain Sourdough bread: $5

Flavors: $7.50-$10 depending on inclusions

Bagels, English Muffins, and Biscotti: 6 for $5 or 12 for $10
